Works with the main units Ontech GSM 9009/9020/9025/9030/9035/9040.
The device communicates with the main unit with a short range radio on the frequency of 2,4 GHz. Up to 7 Ontech Alarm Box can be connected to each main unit.
The unit has a built-in magnetic switch and magnet included. Suitable for alarming doors and windows.
The device has two alarm inputs (Normally Closed or Normally Open) for which different types of alarm sensors can be connected, such as fire alarms, motion detectors, level guards etc. The unit also has a temperature sensor that reports the current temperature at the status request .
The device is powered by a 3V lithium-ion battery that lasts at least two years. When the battery starts to run out, a message about Low Battery will be sent to everyone on the alarm list.
Up to 7 devices can be wirelessly connected to each main unit of the Ontech GSM system. The range is approximately 30 meters in free field. This is usually enough for a normal sized villa.
