Terms
Purchase
When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be concluded when Onvako AB confirmed the order by order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received. If delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
For goods, you are always entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item has been shipped. Onvako AB has ownership and right of withdrawal of all products until full payment has been received from the customer. The license for the Ontech Control service is activated immediately after the payment is completed.
Rates are quoted including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price, including all fees.
Payment
We accept card payment via Visa or Mastercard. We use Dibs as a partner to make secure payments. Read more at Dibs.
Delivery
The delivery of goods takes place as a postage or letter and is only made to Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish addresses.
Return Policy
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret the purchase. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
You are not entitled to a product which, due to its nature, can not be returned, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Seal also refers to technical sealing.
The right of withdrawal applies only to goods, not Ontech Control service.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you are required to keep the goods in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
Refund Obligation
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You will pay the return costs when returning the item. We always pay the return charge to send back so-called replacement goods
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not service like “cash on delivery”. In case of change we will pay the new freight from us to you.
Protection of personal data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business system to complete the agreement with you. You have the right under the Personal Data Act to obtain the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. Please contact us by email. We also ensure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data to third parties.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and our commitment, which means that we can not hold that agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for that we are freed from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
